* The Sorcerer – Love Potions! Durham Savoyards presents one of Gilbert and Sullivan’s early comic operas. Directed by Derrick Ivey. Music Director: Alan Riley Jones. This week only: Thursday-Saturday 8:00, Sunday 2:00. Carolina Theatre, Durham.

* Curiousity Cat – Two displaced kids get help from a resourceful feline in Forest Moon Theater’s production of the youth theater play by Chris Grabenstein. Directed by Heather Snow Clark. This week: Friday and Saturday 7:00. Closes Saturday. Franklin Academy Middle School Theater, Wake Forest.

Grounded – A hotshot F-16 pilot finds herself reassigned to flying drones, in a new play by George Brant. Directed by Talya Klein. Presented by Manbites Dog. This week: Thursday-Saturday 8:15, Sunday 2:00. Continues through April 5. Manbites Dog Theater, Durham.

* OPQRS, Etc. – Madge Miller’s 1984 fable about a dictator’s monochromatic rule being disrupted by an artist. Directed by Kathleen Rudolph. Presented by Raleigh Little Theatre’s Youth Series.
